Seahorse among seaweed coloring page
- Sea animals
- Classroom Poster
- Free
A seahorse with a curled tail gripping a strand of seaweed, its body drawn in fine ridges. Vertical fronds fill the rest of the page, so it reads well pinned up next to the other sea sheets.
Color by number version
A color by number version of the same subject, with 24 numbered areas and a key of 7 crayon colors. Each number sits inside its area, never on a line, and the key prints beneath the picture on the same sheet — so it still prints in black and white.

How to color the Seahorse among seaweed coloring page
The ridges along the body want short strokes running across them, not along — crossing a ridge is what makes it read as a ridge instead of a stripe. It is a small habit and this is the easiest page in the set to learn it on. The seaweed behind is all vertical, so it can be filled fast with long downward strokes. Printed alongside the turtle and the jellyfish it makes an obvious wall set, since all three are tall rather than wide.
