Cow in the meadow coloring page
- Farm animals
- Easy Coloring (age 5–7)
- Free
A cow standing side-on with irregular patches across its body and a bell at its neck. The patches are outlined as separate shapes, so the classic black-and-white job is easy — or ignore that and make it purple.
Color by number version
A color by number version of the same subject, with 17 numbered areas and a key of 6 crayon colors. Each number sits inside its area, never on a line, and the key prints beneath the picture on the same sheet — so it still prints in black and white.

How to color the Cow in the meadow coloring page
Whichever way the patches go, colour the bell last and in something metallic-looking — a hard-pressed yellow or grey. It is the smallest object on the page and the only man-made one, and leaving it until the end gives a clear finishing point to a drawing that otherwise just stops. If a child is doing the traditional black and white, suggest leaving one patch unfinished until they have checked no two touching patches match.
