Tractor in the field coloring page
- Vehicles
- Easy Coloring (age 5–7)

A tractor with one small front wheel and one large rear wheel, driving along a plowed furrow. Two very different wheel sizes make this a good page for talking about why while the coloring happens.
Color by number version
A color by number version of the same subject, with 20 numbered areas and a key of 5 crayon colors. Each number sits inside its area, never on a line, and the key prints beneath the picture on the same sheet — so it still prints in black and white.

How to color the Tractor in the field coloring page
The why has an answer, and it is a good one: the big back wheels grip the soft soil and do the pulling, and the small front ones only need to steer. A child who hears that while filling in the tyres tends to look at every tractor differently afterwards. Colour the furrow before the machine — long horizontal strokes across the bottom of the sheet — so the tractor sits in the field instead of floating above a brown stripe.
