A cat curled into a circle with its tail tucked over its nose. Thick outlines, a few whisker lines, and a lot of open fur to fill in — one of the calmest pages here, with nothing fiddly to work around.

How to color the Sleeping cat coloring page

Good for winding down rather than starting up — hand it over after lunch or before bed, when a busy page would be the wrong idea. Crayons suit it better than markers: the fur is one wide area, and a crayon held on its side fills it in a few strokes. To stretch it out, colour the cat first and leave the space around it until last, then decide together whether it is asleep on a bed, a windowsill or a pile of warm laundry.
